Monday, September 30, 2002Gyaaaah, I am the fucking STUPIDEST human being EVER. I forgot the ONE IMPORTANT THING in chapter 16 and now I have to put it into 17, delaying Cleran's return yet *again*... Well... Hopefully only for half a chapter, but it means I won't get to Eliz for*ev*er. Grrrrrr. I am stupid!!Becky had too much free time at 1:52 AM
I'm going to rewrite significant portions of chapter one of Arant's project soon, because I have another idea for Kaiya that may help it suck less and make her a bit easier to deal with. Because I hate writing for her, as I have yet to, y'know, manage it.
Wednesday, September 25, 2002And another unrelated note about Daevan, he looks a bit like my semi-cute Hebrew tutor. Roi has his hair more than his features, but every time I see him, Daevan in my mind starts to look more like him. Originally Daevan looked more Asian; he's leaning more towards Middle-Eastern now. Because I've recently realized how pretty Middle-Eastern boys are. (Don't mind me.) Same basic features, more golden-ish skin, and slightly straighter hair. Which isn't saying much; it's wavy-curly instead of ringlet-curly.Yeah. Roi has reeeeally pretty hair. Clearly, personality wise he has nothing in common with my favorite fictional character (Roi being nice and all) but, y'know, he is pretty if one digs Israeli boys. (Too hairy for my taste. But Vickie is rubbing off on me, 'cause man is his hair pretty.) Becky had too much free time at 7:00 PM
Incidentally--and this has nothing to do with anything--Daevan wears his hair in a very short ponytail when he's working. He also wears only black when he's working, 'cause he lurks in the shadows and such. (Why do so many of my characters wear all black? I mock people who do that in real life.) He doesn't like keeping his hair back, though, so pretty much every scene he's in, the first thing he does is take his hair down.
