Twilight Star - an amazing original anime by Jessie, a friend of mine and very nice person all around. ;) The story here is great and the writing is excellent.
The Claris Project - a very bizarre but well done original anime. The characters are awesome. And by "awesome" I mostly mean "psycho."
Ocean of Dreams - the mother of all original anime sites; OoD is incredibly well written. The plot is amazing, and the fact that Rei has managed to have two seasons nearing completion and is nowhere near done is also amazing.
Vera Dicere - Some of the best online writing I've found; I wish there was more up. Go read all of the things here. Now. Birds of a Feather particularly.
Rank Elemental - Not much there yet, as it doesn't officially kick off until September. But what's up looks really cool so far.
