Damon loves Graham. Theirs is one of the True Great Loves of rock and roll, no matter what anyone says. The fact that they fight all the time, and that Graham quit the band, haven't particularly discouraged Damon. Damon's been giving more interviews where he insists Graham will be back any day now, because "I can forget about all those other things."

Awwwww.

In news for people who don't believe in True Love, Damon also mentions that he's working on three new albums; a new Blur album, a new Gorillaz album, and a new album of African music. The first one of which, by the way, is awwwwwwesome.

What were the bees about, again?

Gwen could probably give you details, but... isn't Chris Carter crazy? I assume all the famous tv writers are crazy; Aaron Sorkin certainly is, Joss Whedon has his moments, and I'm pretty sure I've heard Carter has many, many loose screws.

David Duchovney, on the other hand, is a great guy and a hottie (why won't he love me?) but I think he's really bored. He did that one awful movie, and then he did that other terrible movie, and he did a cameo in Zoolander that made me laugh and laugh and laugh (as much as any Owen-less scene ever made me laugh).

I assume that this new "there will be another X-Files movie!" is a combination of part A (Chris Carter is crazy) and B (David Duchovney is bored). Otherwise, I just don't get it. The last couple of seasons didn't even HAVE Duchovney in them. There's no great fan outcry for this (like there was for the Farscape miniseries, or the Firefly movie). Carter doesn't have huge pull in Hollywood. So... Why?

chicks with big cars

There's a new Ford commercial that's driving me nuts, because the voice-over is done by Captain Janeway. Yes, you guessed it; it drives me MUCH nuttier that I recognize her voice than that she's in the commercials. I really never watched Voyager, because... Well, why would you? For Voyager done correctly, please see Farscape, seasons 1 through 4.

In related news, I keep hearing Claudia Black was in a car commercial at some point. Now, there's a sexy ad. I mean, I would imagine. Probably. Awww, hell, it's Claudia Black; it's sexy, damn it.
