How well do you suppose the Red Sox will do the rest of this season, now that they no longer have Jesus in the outfield?

First off, wow, new Blogger. It's kinda terrifying and pastel.
That out of the way, being home for summer break and not yet having a job, I have very little to do other than alternate between VH1 and the YES network, and occasionally play Snood. Well, and job hunt, obviously.
So what's VH1 currently playing over and over? The 50 Most Awesomely Bad Songs, Ever. Noteworthy here because, at number 41, we had Mr. Chasez's Some Girls (Dance With Women), for it's terrible lyrics, terrible video, and terrible premise. Pooooor JC. He really needs to get All Day Long I Dream About Sex out in the clubs, and hope that it'll wash away the badness.
Meanwhile, *N Sync managed to not have any of the worst boyband songs ever; that's an honor reserved for O-Town and LFO. But This I Promise You is, apparently, the worst love song of all time. Hee. (The results were in the show, but the poll is still open.)

Word on the street has it that Keith Richards will be appearing in the Pirates of the Caribbean sequel slated for 2006. Depp, of course, based his pirate-junkie character Cap'n Jack Sparrow on Richard's famous pirate-junkie character Keith Richards.
The possibilities for the Sparrow-Pere-et-Fils storyline are almost mind blowing; scenes where our heroes reminisce about how Papa Sparrow taught Jack to sail, to get chicks, and to shoot the finest heroin in the South Seas. It's probably worth worrying about the fact that Richards is almost incomprehensible when he speaks, but I don't think Ted and Terry Rossio are going to give him any of the sparkling dialogue they had left over for Geoffrey Rush. After making the clearly CGI-animated Keira Knightly appear charming and attractive, Keith Richards can't be that much of a challenge.
